On Order Shipping

All orders are expected to be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking # once your order is shipped. The notification email is sent to the email address that you used to place your order. Sometimes the email may end up in the spam folder.

Please be advised that our logistics partners and we do take breaks during weekends and holidays. So if an order is placed on Friday, during weekends, on the day before a holiday or during holidays, it will ship AFTER the weekends or holidays.

Product Returns

All our products sold through our online store is covered by a 14-day return policy:

You may return any new, unopened items purchased through our online store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping fee is NOT refundable unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will pay the return shipping cost as well. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

To return a product, please contact to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.

Warranty and RMA

Meenova warrants all products sold through our online store to be free from defective workmanship and materials up to one year beginning the date of the original purchase. We strive to provide to our customers products of the highest quality. If you unfortunately find a qualified purchased product to be defective within the warranty period and it meets the terms and conditions of our warranty, you may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and send it to us for repair or replacement.

For RMA and warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. If you have difficulty getting the product to work, please contact technical support ( first and we may be able to help you resolve the issue.
  2. Please check our warranty policy to make sure the purchased product meets the warranty terms and conditions.
  3. Email to request an RMA code, make sure to include the following information: (1) order # of the original purchase and the email that you used to make the purchase; (2) a brief description of the problem.
  4. After reviewing your RMA request, our customer service personnel will email you an RMA code and instructions to send the product back to us.
  5. Our customer service personnel will process the RMA and send you a replacement unit as soon as possible. Usually it should be within 5 business days. It may take longer if that product is out of stock.
